Returns & Exchanges

At Extreme Kids World, we want your little ones to love their new gear, but if a size or style isn't perfect, we offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the clothing in its original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your order quickly.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
